On the first weekend in August, Team Road Strong will join thousands of cyclists in the PMC, an annual bike-a-thon that raises money for research and care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) in Boston. The PMC's mission is to raise funds for cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Since 1980, the PMC has raised $831 million for Dana-Farber. This success is the result of a lot of people riding for and caring about a cure. And because every dollar matters, 100% of your donation goes to Dana-Farber. The 2022 PMC bike-a-thon will mark a decades long commitment from Tom Evangelista and his team who have raised over $700,000 for the Jimmy Fund. Over the past 10 years Team Road strong has completed the 192 mile bike-a-thon from Sturbridge MA to Provincetown MA. All PMC donations are tax deductible and 100% will go to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The PMC's Tax ID / EIN is 04-2746912.
